Refund Policy

Effective September 14, 2026

Products sold by Tonya Creative Studio are digital downloads. Because access is provided electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final and non-refundable after the digital product or access link has been delivered.

When we can help

Please contact us if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you did not receive access to the purchased product;
• the supplied file or link is technically defective and we cannot provide a working replacement; or
• a refund is required under applicable consumer law.

Requests should be sent within 14 days of purchase to tonyacreativestudio@gmail.com with the order email address and order details. We may first attempt to resolve delivery or technical issues by providing replacement access.

Change of mind

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase after successful delivery, lack of familiarity with Canva, or failure to read the product description. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
